Large Item Scheduled Delivery

We’re committed to delivering your large items safely, either in-home, or just to your doorstep.


A representative from the delivery team will call you the day before your scheduled delivery date with a 3-4 hour time-frame for your delivery.

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a 30-minute call-ahead to let you know the delivery agents are on their way.



Someone over the age of 18 must be available to meet the delivery team and sign for your appliance.

The delivery team cannot enter your home unaccompanied, nor can they accept a signed note instructing them to leave your purchase.

You will be responsible for payment for any services performed at time of delivery not paid for on the original order.


Sidewalks and driveway must be in place and must be clear of objects prior to attempting delivery. Delivery agents have the right to refuse unsafe delivery conditions.

You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with unusual deliveries, including difficulty getting appliances to the desired location.

Our delivery agents are unable to make a return on a completed delivery ticket.


Please make sure your delivery street address, city, and postal code are correct. Incorrect delivery addresses may result in your order being cancelled.

Prior to delivery, please do confirm if there any hindrances that will lead to issues with your location being able to accept delivery and installation. This includes proper construction of the house, live electrical and plumbing, flooring and cabinets etc. We reserve the right to refuse to return for any incomplete delivery due to site readiness.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to residences that present unsafe delivery conditions, or adverse delivery situations.


When purchasing back ordered appliances, we will send you an email and/or call you to let you know that there might be an extended delay in fulfilling your order. You may choose to cancel if you wish without any penalty.
