Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase online, in-person or by telephone from Canadian Appliance Recycling Enterprise, you agree to be bound by the below Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Information

We offer warranties on all of our products includes all parts and labour for a pre-determined amount of time.

Extended warranty plans may be provided by a third-party vendor.

All manufacturer warranties cover home and personal use only. Warranties do not cover products used in professional, business or commercial environments.

 

Damages

We do our best when delivering products to minimize damages.

There are times that a unit may arrive damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery. If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the delivery or make note of it on the bill of lading. If the unit was accepted and signed for and concealed damage is found, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to the manufacturer directly.

Please note that CARE will not be held liable or accountable for any damages or issues with the appliance once the delivery team leaves your premises. It is very important to inspect the appliance before the team leaves and ensure it is working.

If the item is refused on delivery due to damage, we will take every possible step to get you a new unit as soon as possible. You also have the option of cancelling the order altogether if unsatisfied with service or appliance at no charge.

 

Errors/Misprints

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Errors will be corrected where discovered. CARE reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including orders that have been submitted but not delivered (regardless of whether a partial payment has been collected).

If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled due to an error, CARE will issue a credit in the amount of the charge to the same payment method as originally used (where possible). Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

While CARE takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services information provided, please refer to the originator of the information (e.g., the manufacturer) for complete product details.
