By making a purchase online, in-person or by telephone from Canadian Appliance Recycling Enterprise, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Warranty Information
We offer warranties on all of our products, covering parts and labor for a pre-determined period.
Extended warranty plans may be provided by a third-party vendor.
- Extended Warranties may be available through a third-party vendor.
- Manufacturer Warranties cover home and personal use only and do not apply to professional, business, or commercial use.
Damages
While we strive to minimize damage during delivery, it is important that you inspect the item upon delivery.
- If the packaging is damaged (e.g., dents or punctures), refuse the delivery or note the damage on the bill of lading.
- If the unit is accepted and later found to be damaged, concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours directly to the manufacturer.
- CARE is not responsible for damages once the delivery team leaves your premises, so it is critical to inspect the appliance before their departure.
If you refuse a damaged item upon delivery, we will replace the unit as soon as possible, or you may cancel the order without charge.
Errors/Misprints
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Errors will be corrected when discovered, and CARE reserves the right to revoke offers or correct inaccuracies in pricing, availability, or product details.
- If your order is cancelled due to an error after payment, a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Policy
At CARE, we aim to process and fulfill orders efficiently.
- Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- You will be notified 1-2 days in advance of your scheduled delivery date.
Order Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantities of items available for sale.
- Cancel orders at our discretion.
Please note that our advertisements and listings are invitations to make offers to purchase, not offers to sell. Your order is only considered accepted once you receive a shipping notice email from us.
Payment Information
- The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of the shipping notice email.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided through our website is accurate, current, and complete. Any inaccuracies may result in delays, losses, or additional costs for which you will be liable.
Cancelling or Editing an Order
To cancel or edit an order:

Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories and parts (unless defective).
- Required for Returns/Exchanges:
- Original receipt or invoice
- Original payment method (refunds will be issued to the original card)
- Original packaging and all included items
- Your name, address, phone number, and signature.
Returning Defective Items
Defective items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided they are in unused condition, with all original packaging and contents.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging. If the packaging is unavailable, the return cannot be processed.
Shipping Charges and Fees
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective.
