At CARE, we sell brand new major appliances. The products are not used, scratch-and-dent, or refurbished. New inventory arrives regularly, so be sure to check back often.

STANDARD WARRANTY

Appliances from CARE include full standard warranty. The warranty period starts on the date that your appliance is delivered. Be sure to keep a proof of your purchase to obtain any warranty service.

At CARE, we provide all kinds of energy-efficient appliances that improve people’s lives. Products include refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washers, dryers, air conditioners, among other products.

HOME DELIVERY

We offer home delivery on all orders. For Large Deliveries, all prices include delivery price factored in. For Tabletop appliances, shipping fees are provided separately during checkout.

Moreover, during large deliveries, CARE offers to haul away your old appliance at no additional charge. However, appliances not considered standard (commercial grade, product requiring 3 man team etc) will need to be reviewed as they may present challenges.  **Please note that due to the COVID-19 crisis, this service is currently suspended, however, as the situation evolves, we will keep you updated**

Delivery service for 3rd floor or above will not be offered.

Before your scheduled delivery day, a representative from the delivery team will call you to confirm a 3–4 hour time-frame for your delivery. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a 30-minute call-ahead notification to let you know the delivery agents are on their way.
