At CARE Appliances, we prioritize providing timely and secure deliveries to our customers across Ontario. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping services only within Ontario, Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other provinces or countries.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon confirmation of payment. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details (if available).

Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary based on your location within Ontario. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and confirmed in your shipping notification. Please allow additional time for deliveries to rural areas.

Delivery Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the items ordered. These costs will be clearly stated at checkout.

Receiving Deliveries:
Upon delivery, please inspect your items thoroughly for any damage or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, notify our delivery team immediately and contact us at sales@careappliances.ca.

Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, additional delivery fees may apply.
